A first for New York, the goal is to bring creatives together to explore ideas and imagine the face and shape of the future city. So the Festival will serve as a platform for artists, writers, architects, engineers, designers, urban farmers, planners, and thought leaders to exchange ideas, propose solutions—and the public is invited to participate.

Organized around a conference, a Bowery StreetFest, and over 100 independent projects; all take place in various Downtown venues including festival sponsors: The Cooper Union, New York University, and the New Museum.
