½ ounce passion fruit nectar
2 ounces chilled ginger beer
½ ounce grenadine
ice

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice
Add the mezcal and passion fruit nectar

Drizzle the grenadine on top—which will sink to the bottom for the ombre effect

recipe: lauren's low carb sweet

Any morning you might mix these ingredients into a bowl and eat with a spoon. But why not surprise everyone by preparing them as a finger food for an office breakfast? Or a light and refreshing dessert?

apples, bite size sliced
Greek yogurt, a dollup on each
raw granola, sprinkled on top

Any variety of apples and granola will work, but the thicker Greek-style yogurt is key to keeping it neat.

Thanks to lauren, CB2 planner for this submission.

recipe: easy shrimp cocktail

Defrost pre-cooked colossal size shrimp from Trader Joe’s and serve on a bed of sliced lemons—their cocktail sauce is delicious too.

Fancy, savory, protein.
