Supplies:
30 wire ornaments—15 blue, 15 green
15” diameter white wire frame
spool of aluminum wire
wire cutters

Directions:
1. Loop aluminum wire through a green finial ornament and attach to the first ring of the white wire frame. Twist and cut wire, then repeat by attaching the ornament to the third ring.
2. Alternate a blue spiral ornament and attach—same as above—to the second and fourth ring of the white wire frame.
3. Repeat alternating colors until the ring is full.
4. Hang by securing final wreath to a hanging ribbon or on a wreath holder.

how to: make a tacktile board wreath

Supplies:
1 tacktile message board
10 wall-mounted candleholders
10 clear-cupped tealight candles
standard t-pins

Directions:
1. Hang the tacktile board in desired location according to the product instructions.
2. Starting at the 12:00 position, secure one wall-mounted candleholder with a t-pin.
3. Repeat at the 6:00 position.
4. Creating a circle, fill in between those positions spacing candleholders equally apart.
5. Light tealights and place in candleholders.
Optional: spray glue the sides of the clear tealight cup and roll in glitter.

how to: make a bubble wreath

In our latest catalog, our creative stylists used clear glass bubble balls to create modern wall art in the form of a wreath. While ours was made to appear permanently installed in the room, these instructions allow for temporary or Holiday decorating.

Supplies:
1. space on a wall that can be nailed, or a flat MDF board sized appropriately
2. pencil and string
3. 3” nails and a hammer
4. bubble balls—a mixture of 4” and 6” sizes
5. optional for the MDF: paint as desired and hanging hardware
hint: always contact your local hardware store for advice on which hanging hardware is appropriate for your wall art and walls.

Directions:
1. Measure to find the center of the wall area—or MDF board—intended to display the wreath. Connect that point to a pencil and draw a perfect circle.

2. Roughly following the circle, positioning nails slightly inside and outside the circle, hammer in nails at least 1/2”.

3. Check position by temporarily placing a few bubble balls on the nails for a visual.

4. Complete nailing and place bubble balls as desired—starting with large ones first and fill in with smaller ones.
hint hint: if installing temporarily, hang the board once all nails are secured—without the bubble balls for safety reasons—then add the bubble balls.

how to: make a snowball wreath

Supplies:
1. Styrofoam ring—ours measured about 24” in diameter, almost 3” wide and 2” thick
2. ornaments
3. hot glue gun and glue sticks
4. ribbon for hanging

Directions:
1. Hot glue fuzzy snowballs one at a time on to the Styrofoam ring—start with the 6” first, then use the 4” to fill in the gaps.

2. Place shiny mobile, starburst, and wire ornaments as desired.

3. To hang, loop a ribbon as desired.

wreath how-to

In our latest catalog, our creative stylists DIY’d a holiday wreath using ornaments from our bins—the result is a stunning, brightly colored and festive wreath to welcome guests. Since we often get questions about details in our photography, such as requests for paint colors used, we anticipated that a lot of you would want to know how it was made.

Supplies:
1. Strong stiff wire that can be bent into a ring. We used aluminum wire gauge 20, about 55” long—due to the scale of the products in the shot, our wreath was rather large, about 28” in diameter. A wire hanger is also a simple way to go.

2. Ornaments. We used a total of 81 ornaments. For a smaller version, we’re guessing you could make a 14” wreath with about a third of the ornaments depending on how full you wanted it.

3. Strong tape to fasten the ends of the wire ring together or, pliers to twist the ends of the wire ring together.

4. Ribbon to hang the wreath.

Directions:
1. String one ornament at a time onto the wire ring, alternating colors, using smaller ones to fill in the gaps.

2. When the ring is completely covered in ornaments, fasten the ends together.

3. Use a ribbon to cover the spot where the ends are fastened together, and hang!

Tip: best not to go too large in diameter as the wreath could become too heavy and stretch out.
